Two (2) Year Contract for Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Air Compressors Electronic Surety Bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Vendor must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation on Central Auction House. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. Performance Bond is required in the amount of $5,000.00, and due at the signing of the formal contract. Payment Bond is required in the amount of $5,000.00, and due at the signing of the formal contract. The successful bidder (vendor) shall be awarded the contract for a period of two (2) calendar years starting the date of the execution of the contract and/or the termination date of the current contract Parish shall reserve the right to take action to do all the necessary repairs when vendor fails to complete these repairs within ten (10) calendar days after the cause of repair is reported and he had been authorized to proceed.
