Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Holliday, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Additions and Renovations Phase 3 Holliday Independent School District The Project includes a Scope of Work that involves the construction of a new Auditorium Addition & Renovation to the existing High School / Middle School Building located on District property on the west side of the Campus. Sitework will include the provision of new concrete sidewalks, paving, stairs, and ramps. The Project will be full turnkey construction for the new Building / Addition, existing Building Renovation, and Sitework. The Scope of Work will include all finish out of the Building. Trades will include, but are not limited to: full MEP, PEMB components (steel girts, roof insulation, and prefinished metal roof, wall, & soffit panels), drywall, masonry (face brick veneer and CMU), doors (steel, wood, & overhead rolling doors), frames, & hardware, glass and glazing, structural steel / steel decking / steel fabrications, concrete, painting, millwork, ceramic tile (walls & floors), building accessories, TPO roofing, miscellaneous specialties (including LCS Boards and Tack Boards), painting / taping, bedding, & texturing, flooring (carpet tiles, VCT, & LVT). Stage Flooring System, and all typical subcontractors for completing a facility. The new Theatrical Systems Package (Theatrical Lighting, House Lighting, Audio-Visual, Stage Curtains, and Acoustical Wall Treatment) will be provided through a Separate Contract with the Owner - close coordination with the Theatrical Arts Contractor / Supplier will be needed involving the Scope of Work under this Contract including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical connections. The work will be completed throughout the school year - scheduling the work around Students and the District calendar / schedule will be extremely important.
