Grays Harbor County Wastewater Treatment Office The Grays Harbor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals from contractors possessing the experience and resources to furnish all materials, labor, supervision and equipment for a 3,800 sq. ft. new build of a wastewater treatment plant office in Pacific Beach, Washington. Work will include, but not be limited to, site improvements, existing building demolition, and new electrical and mechanical systems. An award of contract is anticipated to be made within 30 days of bid opening. Veterans 5%. All bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form furnished with the Contract documents, and each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State licensed surety company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid, made payable to Grays Harbor County. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a Contract in accordance with the bid, and furnish all documents and bonds required, the bid deposit or bond shall be forfeited to Grays Harbor County. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless award of the Contract is delayed for a period of time exceeding thirty (30) days.
