SCOPE OF WORK The selected consultant will Organize and lead the mitigation planning team. Facilitate and document input from the public, neighboring communities, and local and regional government agencies and other organizations. Research historic and potential hazard impacts, develop, and write the mitigation plan. Submit the draft plan to the City and make any requested revisions. Submit the completed plan to the Texas Department of Public Safety's Division of Emergency If you have any questions regarding this Request for Proposal, please direct them to Steve Eggleston, City Manager, seggleston@cityofandrews.org. This project is anticipated to begin on or before January 1, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City of Andrews reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive minor irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal it considers most favorable to the Citys interest
