Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for asbestos abatement for a medical facility.
Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a General Contractor to deliver the demolition scope. The scope of work comprises abatement and demolition of all buildings and structures located at the Project Site, in addition to select hardscape and paved surfaces and identified trees on Site. The Contractor shall perform the project scope of work in accordance with the construction drawings and technical specifications enclosed, municipal and provincial regulations, and technical standards, in addition to the Owner's Engineer's On-Site directions. The backfilling and reinstatement of the Site, following completion of demolition activities, is also included as part of this project scope of work.
