Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bound Brook, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes roadway improvements to West Franklin Street, Farm Lane, Maple Avenue, Crescent Drive, Thomas Place, Schoolhouse Lane, and Hayward Street. The proposed scope of work will include reconstruction of pavement, installation of new curb, sidewalk, and driveway aprons, improvements to drainage, repair of inlets and manholes, and connection of roof leaders to the existing storm sewer system as well as all other Work of any type of description necessary for contemplation of the Project whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of borough of Bound Brook for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Amount, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00. The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance and Payment Bonds for the Full Amount of This Project is Required.
