City of Wilmington Skyline Center Upfit Project Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment of the following bid packages: General Trades Millwork Doors Frames & Hardware/ Toilet Accessories Glass & Glazing (Interior Storefront) and Railings Framing & Drywall Ceilings Flooring Paint & Wallcovering Window Treatments Fire Sprinkler Plumbing HVAC Electrical & Fire Alarm You must be prequalified to bid. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.
