Scope of Work Please include detailed proposals for each of the following projects: Flooring replacement in Musselman High School Public Library 1. BASE BID - remove the old flooring and replace it with LVP (specifications listed below) 2. ALTERNATE OPTION* - include a sound protective barrier under the LVP (specifications listed below) *Please list this alternate option as a separate line item on the proposal submission o The winning bidder is required to perform the following: 1. Remove old flooring 2. Prep flooring surface for new flooring 3. Install approved flooring product and sound protective barrier material 4. Install to include thresholds where necessary and black cove base around perimeters 5. Clean up the work area and dispose of old flooring off-premises o Material specifications - LVP should be a minimum of 20mil, 5mm thick.
