Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prairieville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This proposed project includes the modification and expansion of the park facilitates including a new pickleball courts, a pre-engineered restroom building, sidewalks, drainage, and other associated site improvements. Any contractor wanting to bid on this project shall hold a State License in Municipal & Public Works Construction category. Where bids are to be received on forms furnished by the awarding authority, no contract documents shall be issued to anyone except a Licensed Contractor or his/ her authorized Representatives. In no event shall any document for bidding be issued later than seventy- two (72) hours prior to the hour and date set for receiving bids. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid must accompany each bid and shall be made payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. All questions regarding this project and the bid package shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM on November 11, 2024. Responses will be coordinated with the Project Landscape Architect and posted on the www.centralauctionhouse.com by 4:00 pm on November 12, 2024.
