2022 Bond Related Capital Improvement Program Phase 3 - Contract #1 General Construction Each Bidder must deposit, with their sealed bid, security in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid and all Alternate Bids in the proper form subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders (Section 8).
