Renovation of a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of West Virginia Departments of Health, Health Facilities, and Human Services, Office of Shared Administration (hereinafter Agency), to establish a construction contract for the installation and termination of structured network cabling for Wireless Access Points (WAP) in the Diamond Building located at 350 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV. The Vendor shall furnish all materials and labor related to the project: such as, structured cabling, installation labor, required permits, tools, and any other equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall also furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. The Agency will supply the wireless access point devices. The contract will be awarded to the vendor providing the lowest overall total project cost. The project must be completed no later than thirty (30) business days after the contract award date, excluding any recognized Federal or State holidays. Questions should be submitted in writing no laterthan November 5, 2024 at 10am EST. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum issued to theARFQ.
