This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). The services will be performed at Amarillo VA Health Care System in Amarillo, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This work will include the following: 1) Tunnel under Building 48 to re-establish proper fall of approximately 100' 4" drain line 2) Remove and replace 2 ea 4" PVC "Y" fittings 3) Backfill tunnel with flowable fill 4) Core drill 4 each holes to ensure complete and uniform coverage 5) Repair entrance to tunnel using appropriate methods 6) Repair any other damage to Building 48 as a result of this project, to include repairing the core-drilled areas. 7) Period of performance is 90 days upon award
