Renovation of a fire / police facility in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,205-square-foot fire / police facility.

Request for Proposals for Construction Manager- At-Risk (CMAR) from contractors for a Fire Station Renovation at 13701 FM 1097, Willis, TX, 77318. The proposed facility will consist of a 5,467 s.f. first floor and 1,738 s.f. 2nd floor/mezzanine ceiling replacement, HVAC and above ceiling insulation. The Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) will be utilized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Ch. 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code.
