Regular Monthly Landscape Maintenance and Groundskeeping Services to be provided at the following locations 2045 Silverton Rd., Salem, OR 97301; 3925 Fisher Rd NE, Salem, OR 97301; 1505 Blaine St., Woodburn 97071, with the right reserved to add additional properties at a later date determined by County. Marion County Health and Human Services (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals for Grounds Maintenance - Landscaping for use by County to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies, to perform all grounds maintenance services, for County. Question Deadline 10/28/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Proposer will be required to follow the general and specific maintenance criteria listed in Section 2.4 of this RFP and the Sample Contract attached as Exhibit A. These criteria will include but are not limited to mowing, weeding and trimming of all turf areas, edging of walkways, driveways, parking lots, and paved areas, and keep all areas free of debris and leaves as well as ensuring that grass is watered at the appropriate levels as temperatures change. Additional details on the scope of the goods or services or both are included in the Scope of Work section. County anticipates the award of one Contract from this RFP. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be effective for a period of three years with the option to extend an additional two years, for a maximum term of five years total. Contractor agrees to comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and 1991, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title VI as implemented by 45 CFR 80 and 84 which states in part, No qualified person shall on the basis of disability, race, color, or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity which received or benefits from federal financial assistance.
