Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monticello, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Monticello Riverwalk Phase 1 Project The project will be an itemized bid and will include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, a concrete bike and pedestrian trail, modular block retaining walls, mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls, ADA parking spaces, playground equipment, site furnishings, a floating dock, landscape plantings, and all incidental work required, as specified in the Contract Document and Plans. All proposals shall be for complete construction only and must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 together with the proper forms included in the Contract Documents, the entire set of which shall be filed intact as a bid. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: MONTICELLO RIVERWALK PHASE 1 PROJECT. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. The Monticello Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to ask for clarification for any bid submitted. In comparing bids, consideration will not be confined to price only. The successful bid will be the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, however the Monticello Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any proposal, to waive technicalities or irregularities therein, to delete any bid item or items and to award a contract on the proposal that in their judgment is most advantageous to the City of Monticello.
