Automatic Gate Maintenance and Repair Services The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) seeks proposals in response to this solicitation to establish a contract with qualified contractor(s) to provide Automatic Gate Maintenance and Repair Services. These services include, but are not limited to, the inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of automatic gates for the members of its TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program ("TXShare"). The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work as specified in this RFP. The awarded contracts will be promoted via TXShare. Additionally, the purpose of this RFP is to contract with one or more vendor(s) that are qualified to provide one or more categories of the goods or services.
