the Citiz or the Citizens Middle Ditch Middle Ditch Work shall consist of: or k shall consist of: Remove an old irrigation diversion dam and rock grade control structures in the Red River, and replace with a new grouted rock diversion dam, concrete headbox and steels ide gate. The work shall include the installation of a 24" pipeline to convey water from the headbox to the existing acequia, earthen fill in the old side channel of the river, NMDOT ClassC riprap, stacked rock walls along the riverbanks, concrete grout where required, temporary management of river flow, and other project related materials and workmanship. The Work shall be completed according to the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. Thereafter, participants will caravan approximately 2 miles to inspect the project site, contractor access and staging areas. Contract award is anticipated the week of January 13th, 2025; anticipated Notice to Proceed is February 3rd,2025, with substantial completion approximately 60 days thereafter.
