Gilbane Building Company and City University Construction Fund are seeking qualified firms for modernization and upgrades at Hunter College CENTRO Expansion – Silberman School of Social Work Building. This RFP is focused on the modernization of finishes, lighting, and audio visual systems in offices, art gallery space, and student lounge, including HVAC and plumbing upgrades. Work to be done in multiple phases as building will remain occupied. Work on all floors: cellar, 1st, 2nd, 5th floors.
