Dawson County is seeking a request for a proposal to provide architectural services to develop a floor plan for remodeling an existing structure, the El Centro Motel, located in Glendive Montana, into possible office and/or retail space. The structure has been abated of hazardous material. The firm will be responsible to design the plan, specifications for the project, develop a budget, oversee the bidding process, and the work inspections. Please submit examples of other remodeling projects and at least three references. As of October 27, 2025, an issuance of short-listed firms has not been released. A design firm selection timeline has not been disclosed.
