As of December 23, 2024, the project was awarded to Tully Environmental but the awarded amount is not available. The Town of Islip owns and operates a permitted cleanfill landfill located at 440 Blydenburgh Road, Hauppauge, Suffolk County, New York 11788. The Town intends to contract with a qualified firm for the cleaning of the side-slope leachate collection piping system within the Phase I and II areas of the landfill associates pump chambers and leachate storage tanks. The Town intends to contract with a qualified firm for the cleaning of the side-slope leachate collection piping system. Question Deadline 11/06/2024 Every request for information or interpretation of the Contract Documents or drawings must be addressed in writing to Mr. Michael Rand, Town of Islip, Purchasing Department, 401 Main St., Room 227, Islip, NY 11751 (purchasing@islipny.gov) and to be given any consideration must be received at least five (5) business days prior to date fixed for the opening of bids. Payment for the service/repair shall be made in one full lump sum amount with thirty (30) working days after delivery/service, acceptance by the Town and receipt of a signed Claim Voucher. No provision is made for pre-payments or partial payments prior to delivery/service. Price shall remain in effect for two (2) years from date of award with the Town's option to renew for one (1) additional year under the same terms and conditions.
