THE MULTNOMAH COUNTY SOBERING CENTER RENOVATION (the "Project"), shall consist of a renovation of a 25,000 - 30,000 sf existing building . Renovation is anticipated to be completed to life safety standards under the governing code at the time of construction. Construction: 8/25 through 12/26 Fixed term with options. The contract term shall be five (5) years. The County shall have the option to renew this contract for additional one (1) year period(s) until the two-year warranty period is complete. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
