Renovation of a municipal facility in Delray Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Lake Worth Drainage District is seeking bids for the replacement of metal roof and side wall panels - LWDD Building "C". This project involves the removal and replacement of skylights, metal roof panels, and side wall panels at the rear of Building "C". *Add alternate: Paint stucco areas to match the existing color. Electrical work, lighting, and fan ventilation will be handled by others and will be removed before construction begins. Panels should be Butler building panels and must be installed according to the manufacturer's specifications. Bidders should include warranties for both materials and workmanship. The contractor will be responsible for addressing any rust issues found in the framing during construction and for obtaining any necessary permits and fees. Panels should be color-matched or painted to match the existing panels of metal Building "B". Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions and inquiries must be submitted, in writing, to Michelle Sinclair, Procurement Coordinator at msinclair@lwdd.net . No Verbal inquiries will be accepted. All Bid submittals must be submitted through the District's online procurement platform (Demand Star) no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday December 6, 2024.
