The proposed work is officially known as South Loop Ext.: Port Rd. - Bollinger Rd. (West Memphis) (S) ARDOT JOB 110676, FAP STPU - 9448(42). (b) The proposed improvements consist primarily of new roadway construction extending South Loop from Port Road to Bollinger Road. (c)The proposed Improvements consist primarily of street construction and related improvements including the following items: Compacted Embankment, Unclassified Excavation, Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base Course, 11.5" Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, ACHM Surface Course (1/2"), ACHM Binder Course (1"), ACHM Surface Course (3/8"). All proposals must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bank draft, letter of credit issued by any national bank or certificate of deposit therein, duly assigned or certified check or approved bid bond for not less than 5(%) percent of the amount of bid. West Memphis is an Equal Opportunity City and small business, and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice. This project includes a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 3.00% as outlined in the Special Provision "Goals for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation."
