The Corporation of the City of Cornwall currently collects bulky items collected 1 time monthly for a total of 12 times annually for a period of three years. A list of acceptable and non-acceptable items is available in Schedule A of this document. Items that are collected for disposal will be disposed responsibly at the City's Landfill site or other Ministry approved landfill area. Mattresses collected will be transported to the City of Cornwall's Landfill Site where there is a mattress recycling depot. Clean wood collected will be transported to the Clean Wood Depot at the City's Disposal Site Scrap Metal will be transported to the Scrap Metal Depot.
