Scope of Work involves repairs, upgrades, installations, and modifications to the SPS facilities, water booster pumping stations and bulk water stations. In most instances, this Scope of Work will typically require use of confined space procedures per O. Reg. 632/05 (including but not limited to hot work and confined space non-entry rescue). All work is to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, Ontario Gas Code, ESA and TSSA regulations. The City may request electrical support on a scheduled or as-required emergency basis, both of which may occur at any time of day and are distinguished mainly by the expected response time. The following shall be the Term of Contract schedule: FIXED TERM: Date of Award - December 31, 2026; EXTENDED PERIOD 1: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 EXTENDED PERIOD 2: January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028.
