The Project includes the following Work: The Work included within the Project will consist of stabilizing the northern bank of Big Cicero Creek east of Ash Street by means of class one riprap and will perpetuate flow from existing outlets. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Big Cicero Creek Joint Drainage Board or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears on the current Treasury Department Circular 570.
