Site work for a civil project in Tipton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The Work included within the Project will consist of stabilizing the northern bank of Big Cicero Creek east of Ash Street by means of class one riprap and will perpetuate flow from existing outlets. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Big Cicero Creek Joint Drainage Board or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears on the current Treasury Department Circular 570. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded Questions from Prospective Bidders. No questions were received from prospective bidders. Prospective bidders were instructed to submit any future questions to Kameryn Wright via email. It was noted that the pre-bid meeting summary, planholders list, and previously noted details would be provided via Addendum 1. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions should be emailed to Kameryn Wright at kwright@bfsengr.com . 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
