The Contractor Shal La and Burin Avalon, Bonavista Shall Supply Y and Pay for All Labor, Test Instruments, Tools and Accessories (Except as Otherwise Instructed), Required to Perform Scheduled and Non-scheduled Services as Described in the Contract. This Contract is Generally Intended to Include Work of a Minor Nature and/or Emergency Nature. Work of a More Extensive Nature May Be Authorized Under This Contract but Will Normally Be Awarded via. A Fixed Price Work Order, Obtained Through a Separate Invited Quotation or Public Tender. See "Appendix B for the List of Site Locations Covered Under This Contract. Installation and Repair Services: Facility Mechanical Equipment/systems Onsite Coordination of Equipment Delivery and Installation Prep Existing Site Conditions for New Equipment Install Provide Onsite Safety Signage Nage and/o Barmers as Required Safety Sign Removal and Disposal of Existing to Be Replaced Equipment to an Approved Disposal Facility 1. Coordinate Installation With Any Sub-trades Ensure Work Site is Safe and Weathertight Before De Mobilization H. All Work Complies With All Codes, Procedures and Regulatory Authorities 2. Sheet Metal Services: B. Design and Fabrication of Roof Curbs, Curb Adaptors, Ventilation Hoods and Ductwork Provide Shop and on-site Sheet Metal Work. Sections Gauge and Thickness of Steel/aluminum to Be Determined by Scope of Work. (Equipment Supporting Structures Designed to Handle Weight and Load Forces) on Site Ductwork Repairs and Extensions Develop Drawings/sketches as Required (Final Approved by Owner) All Work Complies With All Codes, Procedures and Regulatory Authorities 3.
