Project Description: Complete removal and replacement of the existing PA Systems. The project will be concurrent with the phased ceiling, lights, and piping replacement project and will not only follow the sequence of the ceiling replacements in addition to requiring detailed coordination with the general contractor. The PA systems installer is responsible for his coordination with the ceiling and lights general contractor as well as the replacement, at zero cost to the Owner, of any damaged and / or soiled, newly placed ceiling tile, resulting from the installation of PA equipment. Each bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit as provided by law.
