Renovation of a civil project in Ellington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Est. Completion Date: March 31, 2025. Contract 1 - Water Meter Replacement Contract 2 - Collection System Improvements (Clean, Video Inspection, CIPP Lining, and Manhole Repairs) Contract 3 - Sludge Removal Contract 4 - Wastewater Plant Building and Baffles Contract 1 will include replacement of all water meters within the City. Contract 2 will include video inspection and CIPP work on the gravity sewer lines and manhole repairs. Contract 3 is for the removal and disposal of sludge estimated at approximately 30 - 36 inches deep within Cell 1 of the lagoon facility. Contract 4 is for the construction of metal building (no sidewalls) over chlorination basin, replace 8 valves, and install three lagoon baffles. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer, Gregory Bell, P.E. with Smith & Company, in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. O
