The County of Camden seeks an experienced consultant to represent Camden County with the development and creation of a regional secure detention facility to be located within Camden County. This facility will house approximately 2,000 pretrial detainees and will provide treatment and rehabilitation services to ensure successful reentry into the community. The successful vendor will ensure on time and on budget delivery of the secure facility, and will work with stakeholders to complete each phase, from programming to design to construction. The County may terminate the agreement for any reason upon sixty (60) days' written notice to the firm.
