Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Strongsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Estimate is $6,833,708.78. This Project Consists of the Reinforced Concrete Pavement, Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers, and Waterlines, Together With the Necessary Appurtenances Required. Each BID must contain the full name or names of the interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank or bid bond made payable to the order of the City of Strongsville, Ohio, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The BID check or BID bond, as the case may be, will be held as a guarantee that, if the BID proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into between the bidder and the City of Strongsville, Ohio. The Council of the City of Strongsville, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor defects in the bids received, and to accept any bid which deems most favorable to the City. Bidders must use the printed forms of proposal available as aforesaid, as none other will be accepted.
