The City of Kennesaw will consider contracting landscape maintenance for City Hall / Watts Drive, Southern Museum, Depot Park (to include the park, amphitheater, outdoor classroom and plaza areas), Gateway Park and Commemorative Park (to include parking lot area). The Contractor shall provide, in a good workmanlike manner, the services called for and described herein which consists of all supervision, equipment, labor, and all other items necessary to provide the City with complete landscape maintenance and to complete said work in accordance with the provision. In addition to the defined landscape maintenance, placement of mulch and installation of annual flowers may also be considered as part of the work. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 Technical questions should be addressed to Ricky Stewart at rstewart@kennesaw-ga.gov No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or acceptable proposal bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Kennesaw. No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
