Renovation of an educational facility in Ind Hillside, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of February 13, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. Barrier Free Upgrades at Hillside High School. All requests for clarification and/or interpretation by Bidders must be submitted in writing to Environetics Group Architects, P.C. at 180 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 by 1/7/25 at 4:00 PM. Every bid must be accompanied by an unconditional certified check or a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid but not in excess of $20,000. If a bid exceeds twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), the Bidder and all general construction and subcontractors must be prequalified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, as required by law and have a valid and current Notice of Classification prior to the date that bids are received. Any bid submitted under the terms of the New Jersey statutes not including a copy of a valid and active prequalification/classification certificate may be rejected as non-responsive to the bid requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. The Hillside Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. Document note.
