Reference number: 20017433 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-11-12 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 240 THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish a Contract for the supply, installation and connection of one (1) single-mode fibre optic cable for the needs of a new primary school in Brossard, in the Quartier sector (lot no. 6 496 263). The contract also includes subsequent maintenance of the installed fibre optic cable. It is therefore established in two parts: Part A for the supply, installation and connection of one (1) optical fibre cable, in accordance with the schedule set out in this Specification (see "Contract Term" below); and Part B for a subsequent repair and maintenance service for the optical fibres, established from the date of acceptance of the OTDR report by the PUBLIC BODY's Project Manager following Part A, until the end of a period of twenty (20) years. The SUPPLIER shall supply the Goods and perform the Services in accordance with the Quotation, at the prices indicated in the Price Schedule. TENDER SECURITY: The TENDERER must submit with its Tender a tender security equivalent to FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total price proposed in its Tender for Parts A and B of the Contract.This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued by a Financial Institution and comply with the provisions of the bid security model reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Tender Form, a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to the PUBLIC BODY. TERM OF CONTRACT: The term of the Contract is as follows: Component A: from the date of award of the Contract until 30 September 2025; Component B: for a period of 20 years, following Component A.
