Initial phasing for the project will include the construction of two (2) new academic buildings. The first academic building will be a three (3) story building totaling approximately 170,000 sf. This building will include the administration building, cafeteria, media center, and classrooms. The second academic building will be a three (3) story building totaling approximately 51,000 sf. This building will include multi-functional classrooms, including STEM-related programs. Demolition of the existing facility is anticipated to begin once the two academic buildings are onstructed and ready to be occupied. Following the demolition of the existing high school, a connected two (2) story multi-purpose building, approximately 120,000 sf in size, will be constructed in its place.
