The work items cover the extent and character of the work. The Contractor shall complete any partially described work items, if any, to perform the functions intended. Minor adjustments to the lines and grades may be made by the Owner to provide a better completed installation and such changes shall not be considered subject to extra charges. Construction traffic shall obey speed limits and be considerate of area property owners. The project consists of the following components: o Installing overhead electrical service (approximately 2,040 linear feet) from Central Maine Power Company's existing infrastructure on Route 5/113 (Portland Street). o Work shall include all utility poles, anchor poles, wires, transformers, etc. to provide a fully functional electrical service. o Tree trimming and brush removal. o Obtain all electrical and pole permits from the State, Town, and Central Maine Power (CMP) as required. o All work shall be completed in accordance with CMP requirements and shall be approved by CMP upon completion.
