Estimated cost is $5,000,000 to $6,000,000. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt ofbids for a period of 60 days except as expressly provided for and outlined under the Code of Virginia. Accomack County Public Schools will receive sealed bids in duplicate for Accomack CO PS Adaptive Reuse on November 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Renovate the existing Accomac Primary School for Accomack County Public Schools to house the School Board and School Administrative Staff. The original one-story brick building was constructed in or around 1932 and contains approximately 19,000 square feet. The building was last occupied as a primary school in 2001 and is currently being used for storage and is partially vacant. The building is located at 23163 Courthouse Ave, Accomac, VA 23001.
