Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Henderson County is soliciting services from highly qualified Architectural Firms, to provide programming/design/consultant services, for Henderson County Government and Blue Ridge Community College, for the new Blue Ridge Community College Facilities Building. Qualified firms interested in providing qualification statements or having questions for this project may contact Bryan Rhodes at brhodes@hendersoncountync.gov. Henderson County reserves the unqualified right to reject any and / or all statements of qualifications, and to waive any informalities in so far as it is authorized to do so and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of Henderson County. It is a proposed 20,000 square foot, new construction building. Even though the final budget is yet to be determined, the estimated all-in budget of the project should be 8-10 million dollars. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
