The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply, delivery and full electrical installation of a 200 kVA building UPS and disposal of the current UPS to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. This should be a turnkey bid where the winning vendor is responsible for all steps in the process including minimizing downtime to less than 8 hours The term of the contract shall commence on April 1, 2025, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through April 1, 2030, a period of five (5) years Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 12/6/2024 States response to questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 12/13/2024 Any questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes shall be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid and shall be received in writing at the Division of Emergency Services and Communications no later than 2:00 PM on the date listed in the timeline below. Questions shall not be submitted to anyone other than Robert Luc or his/her representative.
