Professional Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for the Fred Richards Park Facility Project. The selected firm will work with the City and its Consultant project team to provide planning and design documentation as well as construction administration for the project duration. The selected firm will be responsible for facility design to reflect programming and site needs that fit into approved park plan. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by November 8th. Interviews for selected firms will be Friday November 22nd.
