Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hyannis, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work in this Project is to install concrete boat ramps with crushed rock, aggregate surfaced parking lots, rock riprap shoreline protection, and concrete ADA parking pads at Avocet WMA and Frye Lake WMA. A new driveway and connection to the highway at Avocet WMA as well as driveway culverts and a new pit latrine at Frye Lake WMA are also included. Seeding and erosion control are included at both sites. Location(s): Avocet WMA; Frye Lake WMA bidder's proposal shall be submitted on a form supplied with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total Bid, made payable to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission as Bid security. The Bidder shall furnish the required 100% Performance and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds to the Commission not later than the date of execution of the Contract. The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all informalities or irregularities.
