Renovation of a mixed-use development in Franklin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Replacement Project located at Laura Farrell School, 513 Park Avenue, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Bids will be received for the Contract (Single Prime). The probable cost for the total construction contract is $1,400,000. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project.
