Site work for a civil project in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration System Improvements-Project 24-03. The Base Bid Project will include the removal of the existing Schreiber aeration system within Aeration Tank No. 4 and replace it with a new OTT aeration system which is comprised of a full floor coverage diffuser system. Alternate Bids for a diffuser system other than OTT will be considered if determined to be comparable. The City reserves the right to reject all Alternate Bids. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. To ensure that bidders are basing their bid on complete, accurate and up-to-date information, bidders shall only obtain bidding documents and prepare their bids using bid documents obtained directly from the City of Lebanon. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, the City finds, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected.
