Furnish and Deliver Electrical Supplies for Various Monmouth County Departments on-call, as Needed for the Period January 1, 2025 Through December 31, 2025 (Monmouth County Co-op) F-4-2025 Notices of revisions or addenda will also be published in an official County newspaper and copies of the addenda will be provided to prospective bidders in writing by certified mail or by certified facsimile transmission or by a delivery service. N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). THIS IS AN OPEN-END SUPPLY CONTRACT. The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed throughout the duration of the contract term. The quantities bid are estimates and the County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, using unit prices, by up to a maximum of 100%. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.1 et seq., orders placed within the minimum and maximum number of units shall not be considered a change order. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (AntiDiscrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. and (New Jersey Business Registration). The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Bid date notes: Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing.
