Well No. 12r Improvements Project Phase 1 - Well Drilling This Project Consists of Drilling a 750-foot Deep, 16-inch Diameter Municipal Drinking Water Well, Installing Casing, and Grout Surface Seal in Accordance With These Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Drawings, and Contract Documents. All Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit in Surety Bond, Cash, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check, Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of Such Bid Proposal. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Performance Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to the City of West Richland.
