Snow Removal for Twp Walkways Questions from Vendors Cut-off October 31, 2024. Project Start date (Estimate) December 1, 2024. Project End date (Estimate) November 30, 2025. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum delivered price, but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a certified check or a bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. PERFORMANCE BONDS: When required as part of the contract documents, the awarded vendor shall within ten (10) days after the award of the contract, obtain, pay for and deliver to the Township of Old Bridge, a performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract sum satisfactory to the Township and executed by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids for the above listed contract in whole and/or in part which do not comply with the specification and/or the statutory requirements. The Township Council reserves the right to waive informalities as the Township may deem to be in its best interest.
