Site work for a water / sewer project in Altheimer, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

For a water line extension from an existing hydrant near the WTP to a hydrant located on Chestnut Ave. The new water line will cross a railroad, continue through Olive St. and will tie into an existing fire hydrant located on Chestnut Ave. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Altheimer, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the a mount bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to post pone award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
