Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a golf course; for site work for a golf course; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
*As of December 23, 2024, bids received were rejected and no definite rebid date yet. The project consists of renovations to the main event room, new metal roofing system, concrete patio and sidewalks, restroom upgrades, installation of a new fire suppression system and upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid.
