Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the parking lot repairs at two locations in the lower lot of the Worcester Police Station at 9-11 Lincoln Square as per the attached requirements and specifications of the Worcester Police Department. Excavation & site preparation of approximately 240 square yards of parking area. Repairs to 12" reinforced concrete pipe Furnish & install dense graded crushed stone, then fine grade & compact the area. Installations of binder & surface course for the parking area Similar repairs around a catch basin, approximately 22 square yards in area. A payment bond in the amount of $___50%_____ of the total dollar award is required if total bid price if greater than $ 25,000.00 Questions pertaining to this bid must be directed to: Stephen R. McDonald via email at MCDONALDS@worcesterma.gov. The City of Worcester reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the City. Any prospective bidder requesting a change in or interpretation of existing specifications of terms and conditions must do so within five (5) days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded) BEFORE scheduled bid opening date. All requests are to be in writing to the Purchasing Division (or e-mailed at MCDONALDS@worcesterma.gov )
