The City expects that all Contractors bidding this RFP possess the knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this RFP, to do so to industry standards, manufacturers recommendations, and any and all applicable law, rules, regulations, and codes related to this type of project. The City has made every effort to provide all bidders with enough information to bid on this RFP. The City intends to award this bid to the bidder that can provide the City with the services as requested in this RFP, which can do so at a reasonable cost, and within the completion timeframe as noted in this document.
